About this wine

Soul Red is a blend of 28% Chancellor, 15% Syrah, 15% Cab Franc, 15% Cab Sauv, 15Field % Lemberger and 12% Merlot. The wines that comprise Soul Red are fermented and aged separately in a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for 10 months before blending. Bottled and unfined with minimal filtering.
