The Syrah for this blend was picked on October 18, 2024. The Cabernet Sauvignon was picked on October 24, 2024. Both of these wines were carefully hand sorted a second time, to reflect the best parts of 2023. The wines are fermented separately, following fermentation both are racked into a combination of new and used French, Hungarian, and American oak barrels. Following ten months of Oak aging each individual barrel is tested by the winemaking team. The barrels for this blend were selected as they showed the best of both Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The wines were kept in barrel up until bottling in August of 2025.
